  • Terms, Conditions and the Rules of the Auction

     

    To Participate in the Auction. You will need to provide and verify your name, email and telephone number with our Company before you can place a bid for an item you want to buy.

     

    Verification: A valid Credit Card and email account will be required to participate in the Auction.

     

    Reserve Price: There will be no minimum bid requirement on any item up for auction: unless there is a reserve price placed on it by the Seller.

     

    Registered Bidders: Be careful when placing a Bid. There will be no bid retractions allowed in the Auction. You will be responsible to pay for all of your winnings.

     

    Authorization: Registered Credit Cards on file will be automatically charged for all of the Buyer’s winning purchases during the Auction.

     

    Taxes and Fees: Hawaii State General Excise Tax at 4.177% will be added to the Buyer’s Invoice at the end of the Auction.

     

    Buyer’s Premium: A Standard 10% Buyers Premium will apply for all of the items auctioned and sold through our Company.

     

    Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex will be accepted for payment. Credit Card terminal fees will apply.

     

    Collect Your Property: The Date, Time and Address to pick-up all of your winnings will be emailed to the owners of their property two days after the auction.

     

    Pick-Up: Make sure to pick-up your property: If you do not pick-up your property: It will be forfeited to our Company and your property will be disposed of whatsoever! Make sure to pick-up what you pay for. We will not hold onto your property for more than 5 days after your scheduled pick-up date! A $25.00 storage fee will apply for every day we hold your property for you.

     

    Shipping: Shipping and Insurance will be allowed at the Buyer’s entire expense. All fees associated with shipping an item will be charged to the winning Bidder.

     

    Penalty: Our Company reserves the right to terminate a Bidder’s Bidding privileges. If; In the Company’s discretion the Bidder(s) demonstrate(s) Non-Participating behavior or does not abide by the Rules of the Auction.

     

    Warning: Buyers who do not pay for items they won during an auction will be sold to another Buyer at the Company’s discretion.

    “Seller’s Power to Negotiate”

     

    When a Seller Privately chooses to sell an item: Upsetting the usual course and outcome of a scheduled auction. The Item up for auction will be sold before the auction is over. Buyers who placed a bid for the Item during the auction will be notified by email of it’s Private sale.

     

    Buyer’s Offer: When a Buyer wants to buy an item from a Seller: The Buyer must first email the Seller an Offer to Privately buy the item from him before or during the auction.

     

    Seller’s Negotiation Requirement: A minimum Bid of at least $25.00 per item will be required for any item sold Privately during an auction.

     

    Seller’s Negotiation Fee: A Standard $10.00 Seller’s Negotiation fee will apply to every item that is sold through our Company.

     

    “Seller Drops the Hammer”: When a Seller does not choose to Privately sell anything during an auction: The Seller drops the Hammer and all of the Items up for auction are automatically sold to the highest Bidder.
